What is it?

Learn how to prepare for a difficult discussion


There are difficult conversations that are emotionally charged and with which you identify strongly. However, managers must be able to hold precisely such difficult conversations in order to develop employees constructively.

The aim of this skill is to impart understanding of how to prepare for difficult conversations by not in “what happened” traps, neutralizes emotions and delimits yourself from the situation. The manager learns to easily implement the 5-phases of the difficult conversation.
