For our small company, 2024 was turbulent. Budget cuts in personnel development for 2025 and a challenging market environment made change inevitable. Yet, beyond external circumstances, I realized that my mindset plays a decisive role in how I approach change. I uncovered an internal pattern I call the “Monkey Mindset.”
In this state, thoughts endlessly circle around problems, often leading to a negative spiral. Through conscious reflection, I recognized that the power to step out of this state and cultivate a Flow Mindset lies entirely in my hands.

The Flow Mindset is the key to staying on a positive change curve. It opens space for creative solutions, renewed energy, and sustainable transformation – exactly what we need in 2025 to grow, both as individuals and as organizations.
