How does leadership development work at Amaze Growth?
We help companies improve their leaders with these four simple steps:
Defining the objective
Defining the purpose and value case for coaching leaders to become positive and new leaders through Amaze Growth.
Define measurability
We work either skill-based or goal-based. Skill-based means that managers are shown “blind spots” through feedback from their team and create their individual learning journey on this basis. Or goal-based, that they set a goal and create their individual learning journey on the basis of employee feedback.
Definition of the “content suite”
We then define the “content suite” and baseline needed for the leadership programme and define individual learning journeys for leaders.
Coaching Implementation
In the final step, we carry out leadership coaching across the board. With our strong programme Mgmt. Focus, we work with internal and external coaches to ensure the scalability of leadership development.
