Bio


Oliver Mattern is one of the pioneers of employer branding in the
German-speaking world. Candidate journeys and employee experience are
among his specialities. The organizational sociologist (Dipl.), coach (M.A.)
and neuromarketer (AON) has a broad range of experience as a consultant,
project manager and executive.

Oliver entered the world of advertising and agencies when he was still at
school. His career began in personnel consulting. He then focused on
employer attractiveness at recruitment marketer TMP Worldwide. This was
followed by the founding of an agency for live marketing and
organizational consulting. Further positions: Director of Employer Brand
Management (Milch & Zucker), Managing Director (menschmark) and
Director Strategy Talent Attraction (Raven51).

At Amaze Growth, Oliver leads the Employer Branding division and acts as
an interdisciplinary all-rounder who helps individuals and organizations to
gain a broader perspective and greater (self-)effectiveness – preferably in
synergetic interaction with the core topics of vision, mission, leadership and
corporate strategy.

Oliver is fluent in German and English and speaks some French.
