Andreas has over nine years of experience in the management consulting environment as a change manager. As a Consulting Partner for Leadership & Growth, he is an expert in business transformation, helping leaders and employees unleash their full potential.
Over the course of his career, Andreas has supported and advised numerous major international clients. He works closely with all relevant stakeholders to implement change measures in a targeted manner using workshops, coaching and training. Andreas has focused his extensive expertise and cross-functional knowledge specifically on supporting New Work change projects. He supports companies in shaping successful change and actively shaping their future.
Andreas holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Munich University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Münster University of Applied Sciences. He is a qualified systemic coach (DVC), NLP Practitioner and fitness trainer (A/B license).
