High-performing teams have a common direction and achieve essential goals together. As a leader, it is important to set the direction and at the same time demand the commitment of each individual to achieve common goals.
The aim of this skill is to enable leaders to set direction and demand goals from staff individually through goal systems (e.g. OKRs).
