What is it?
Understand how team values and team culture are created and how to positively influence team culture.
A team dynamic is the temporary dynamic of a group – a longer-lasting team dynamic in a constant group becomes the team culture.
The aim of this skill is to effectively manage team dynamics, as well as to sharpen the team culture as a leader. Simple tools are provided that leaders can integrate hands-on into their daily routines.What is covered in the module?
