The ability to act differently with employees depending on the situation, so that each individual can be properly dealt with.
What is it?
Learn how to lead employees individually and needs-oriented so that they can develop their maximum self-efficacy.
Everyone has a personal preference for leadership and is reluctant to leave their default mode. As a leader, however, it is important to lead employees according to their maturity level situationally and to steer groups according to their dynamics.
The aim of this skill is to provide the leader with practical tools to lead employees according to their level of maturity and to intervene in group dynamics accordingly.
