What is it?
Develop an understanding of what is expected of you as a leader by your superiors, employees, clients and business development.
After every promotion to the leader, every leader has to define again for him/herself, what is my role.
The aim of this skill is to clarify leaders, what is my role (1) regarding employee development (2) of the functional development of my team (3) of the business development and (4) corporate development.
What is covered in the module?
In our Role Understanding module, we coach and train leaders in the pillars:
