What is it?
Make your values explicit and find your purpose. Develop a vision for your leadership role.
As a leader, you need a purpose and a vision that you can communicate to the team.
The aim of this skill is to define one’s own purpose and vision in order to carry them into the team. Furthermore, the leader is encouraged to outline and plan his/her own journey as a leader: from level 1 positioning, to level 2 existence, level 3 creation, level 4 empowerment to level 5 top management.
