What is it?
Learn how you and your employees can name needs and problems without violence. Learn how to deal with negative emotions in order to enter the solution space.
One of the most important skills of a leader is problem-solving. Often, however, the problems are so technically deep that the leader cannot be the problem solver.
The aim of this skill is to provide leaders with direct problem-solving and indirect problem-solving as powerful competence.
