What is it?
Learn to plan your strategic and operational time properly and manage your time effectively to achieve your goals.
The change from the technical to the leadership role often means that the operational tasks remain in the area of responsibility, but the additional leadership tasks are added.
The aim of this skill is to enable managers to plan their time and increase their own performance through targeted time management with quality depth, without working at weekends and after 6 pm.
