What is it?
Learn how to effectively design onboarding processes so that the team quickly returns to peak performance with the new employee.
Especially in fast-growing teams, continuous onboarding is essential. In order to save time as a leader, it is important to manage a standardized onboarding process in which new employees are primarily culturally coloured.
The aim of this skill is to enable leaders to ensure functional and cultural onboarding.
