What is it?

Communication is the key to long-term staff retention and development. Good communication creates psychological security in the team and gives employees the freedom to develop.
The aim of this skill is to understand how one’s own communication style works and how it can be used optimally in managing staff and how constructive feedback can be given effectively without violence. In this way, the leader ensures a positive team dynamic and culture.
