What is it?
Promoting diversity and variety in the team and strengthening the understanding of working with different strengths and values.
High-performing teams are inclusive and diverse. Especially with a spectrum of Gen Y, Millennials and Gen Z employees, it is even more important to be diverse and inclusive as a team.
The aim of this skill is to provide an understanding of diversity and inclusion and to provide practical tools to practice and apply D&I in the team.
