What is it?
Learn to delegate tasks while building important competencies in your team so that you need to be less involved as a leader.
Often, leaders were the high performers who made things happen themselves. Today, however, the leader needs to think more strategically and delegate tasks to the team accordingly.
The aim of this skill is to learn how to delegate team responsibility.
