What is it?
Learn how to make authority transparent in your team, how to make decisions in the team and how to promote participation.
Generation Y and Z employees in particular strongly demand to have a say in decisions. Predefined decisions are perceived as incapacitation.
The aim of this skill is for managers themselves to define the scope for decision-making, when the team decides, when the manager decides, and to communicate this openly to the team.
