What is it?
Learn how to mediate team conflicts and how to deal with underlying conflicts in the team so that they do not escalate.
Conflicts arise in healthy teams so that groundbreaking innovations can emerge from differing opinions. As a leader, it is important to allow and moderate conflicts.
The aim of this skill is to take away the fear of conflict, to see the positive in conflict and to give the leader a simple toolbox to resolve conflict in a healthy way.
